For the past sixteen years, Elizabeth Rowley has been helping kids find a way to love learning.
She was a passionate Elementary School teacher with a multi-sensory approach to curriculum, she has taught third and fourth graders Language Arts, Math, Science and Social Studies. Her enthusiasm for teaching with both Art Integration and traditional methodology has contributed to her students’ academic successes.
Elizabeth spent most of her childhood in upstate New York. After graduating from high school in 2001, she decided to venture across the country to Phoenix to attend Arizona State University. While reflecting on what career path to take, she decided to become a teacher. In 2005, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. After teaching for nine years, Elizabeth decided to leave the classroom and open up a tutoring business where she could help children one on one.
Elizabeth loves traveling and being outdoors. In the winter she likes to snowboard and in the summer she loves to surf and be on the water. Being active and in nature is a passion of hers. She currently lives in Scottsdale with her partner Yoshi.
Courtney has been in the educational field for eight years. To which, every second she has enjoyed! She has a "sixth sense" when it comes to children. Courtney's love for teaching is shown through her interactions with each student, while building strong relationships and making her lessons fun and engaging.
"Being a teacher is the most gratifying and incredible job to have. Love who you are, love what you do, because what you do, reflects who you are!"
Cathy is an Arizona native. After retiring from teaching in Scottsdale public schools, she discovered how rewarding working with students one-on-one and in small groups is! She is a former colleague of Elizabeth's and is honored to work with her again. Cathy loves to collaborate with her team of teachers as well as parents in order to meet each student's unique learning needs.
Krystina is an Arizona native that loves animals and being creative. She is a professional pet photographer and is currently back in school to obtain an Art Degree in Painting and Drawing. When she isn't in her art studio or in the field snapping photos, she's probably traveling or at home with her husband, John, and dog, Lewis.
